preschool & kindergarten

Our preschool program includes students aged 3-4 years old with school days being from 8:05-12:00 unless Aftercare is chosen. Kindergarten marks the beginning of normal school days with school lasting until 3:05. Preschool and Kindergarten uses the ABEKA curriculum, a Christian based educational curriculum, designed to meet the needs of children preparing to go into Kindergarten and 1st grade. Its philosophy comes from the Biblical foundation of Proverbs 22:6a, “Train up a child in the way he should go.”

All students take a daily Bible class. 

Grades are based on a 9 weeks system with report cards being distributed each quarter.

elementary

Elementary grades are Kindergarten (K5) to 5th, with school days starting at 8:05 and ending at 3:05. Elementary school uses ABEKA curriculum, a Christian based educational curriculum designed to meet the needs of children preparing to go into the next phase of their education, as their primary curriculum, along with other supplemental texts to produce the best results for our students. Its philosophy comes from the Biblical foundation of

middle school

Middle school grades consist of 6th, 7th, and 8th with school days starting at 8:05 and ending at 3:05. Middle school uses the Bob Jones curriculum, a Christian based educational curriculum designed to meet the needs of children preparing to go into the next phase of their education, as their primary curriculum, with supplemental curriculum to get the best results for students. With the Bob Jones curriculum, Scripture serves as a blueprint for the textbooks so that every lesson begins with God's truth. Students participate in many hands-on projects during the year. All students take a daily Bible class using Lifeway's "The Gospel Project" lessons. 

Electives change each 9 weeks.

Grades are based on a 9 weeks system with progress reports and report cards

being distributed each quarter.

high school

High school grades go 9th-12th with school days starting at 8:05 until 3:05. High school uses the Bob Jones curriculum, a Christian based educational curriculum, to ensure that the needs of our older students are being met and help them to prepare to go into the next phase of their education or career. Scripture serves as a blueprint for the Bob Jones textbooks, so that every lesson begins with God's truth. 

Additionally, students take a daily Bible class using Lifeway's "The Gospel Project" lessons. Fun electives include Art, Chorus/drama, Yearbook, and Newspaper. 

Students may take part in Student Government and/or an after school Art Club.

Dual Enrollment with North Florida College or RiverOak Technical College is an option for those wanting to get a jump start on college or their career. Some students take courses through Florida Virtual School.

Riveroak Technical College or North Florida College


Dual Enrollment at North Florida College in Madison, FL or RiverOak Technical College in Live Oak, FL is an option for our Juniors and Seniors. Earn college credits while still attending high school! Maybe graduate with your high school diploma AND your AA/AS at the same time? Learn valuable skills that will help you in a lifelong career.

Help for struggling Students

  • For grades K-5: the Abeka program has phonics support disks that can be loaned to parents. 
  • For grades 6-12: the Bob Jones Press offers free online tutoring. https://afterschoolhelp.com/
  • For all grades: the Khan Academy is a free online tutoring program. https://www.khanacademy.org/
  • Peer tutors may be available to help students. Contact your child's teacher to inquire.
  • Remedial work can be given to children upon request. Contact your child's teacher.
  • Teachers may be willing to tutor students after school or during elective time. Contact your child's teacher to see if this is an option.
